What you're buying

Plumber Sites builds, hosts, and maintains a website for your plumbing business using the template and information you provide.

Fees

• A one-time setup fee of $100, charged at checkout.
• A monthly fee of $100, charged at checkout and then every month on the same date.
• Domain registration, if we register a domain for you, is billed at cost.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime by emailing us. Your site stays online through the end of the month you've paid for. The setup fee is not refundable once your site has been generated. Domains registered in your name stay yours.

Your content

You confirm that the information, reviews, logos, and photos you provide are accurate and that you have the right to use them. Reviews must come from real customers. You own your content; you give us permission to display it on your website.

Updates and support

The monthly fee includes hosting, security updates, and reasonable content changes you request by email, such as new prices, hours, services, or photos.

Booking requests

Requests submitted through your website's booking form are stored and forwarded to the contact details you provide. You're responsible for responding to your customers.

Late payments

If a monthly payment fails, we'll let you know and retry. If it remains unpaid after 14 days, we may take the site offline until the balance is paid.
